Did you not watch correctly, he did not give it especially to her, he asked her to publish it so everyone can be benefited. I think lei Shen did the right thing bcz he knows that Luo feng has unlimited potential which is not very likely for others and their cultivation method is also very similar so Luo Feng will definitely gain something from it. If Luo feng can reach a breakthrough and become another hong or lei Shen humanity will have hope even if they failed. And in a situation like this there's no need to think who is getting upset over this because those with potential and talent will always have a advantage.
